The clinic operating this website is responsible for patient records and privacy practices. Patients can submit appointment contact information. Authorised clinicians can maintain visit details, medical notes and prescriptions, and patients can view their own records through private accounts.
Only authorised clinic doctor accounts and the patient account connected to a specific patient record should have access to that record. The clinic must verify each patient's identity before sharing an invitation to their portal.
Medical information is stored in the website database and is not included in automated email notifications. Routine administrative messages may be sent by email if clinic mail delivery is configured. Published prescriptions are displayed in the patient portal. Internal clinician notes are not shown to patients through this interface.
The platform provides password-protected accounts, HTTPS enforcement, access checks and an activity trail. The clinic must establish its own lawful processing basis, data retention and deletion policy, incident response, backups, and rights-request process before receiving real patient information.
